Contact and frequently asked questions
Have a question, a problem, or a suggestion? Write to me β I read every message and reply myself, in English or French.
Email: xavier.crapette.pro@gmail.com
You can also write from inside the app: open Feedback from the home screen and tap Email the developer. If you need help with a problem, email is better than an App Store review: I can only reply to a review once, while by email we can go back and forth until it's solved.
To help me help you, please mention your device (iPhone or iPad model), your iOS version, and what you were doing when the problem happened. A screenshot is always welcome.
